In 2022, this initiative made its debut in the Netherlands in association with Mad Science, a STEM enrichment group. The ASML Junior Academy’s main objective is to improve STEM education and increase children’s access to it.

To finance this development, ASML has invested $2.2 million over a three-year period. They want to offer free, interactive technology education classes to kids in Wilton and the surrounding areas, in collaboration with Mad Science.

Nurturing STEM Thinkers
The main goals of the curriculum are to inspire a love of learning about and working with technology among the next generation of STEM thinkers.
This year, 30 sites in the school systems of Bridgeport, Danbury, Norwalk, and Wilton will host classroom workshops led by ASML Wilton volunteers and Mad Science educators. By its third year, the initiative anticipates including 50 campuses.
