BMW Brand
BMW sold 87,948 cars in the US during Q2 2023. Comparing this to the 78,905 automobiles sold during the same period last year, there has been an increase of 11.5%. A total of 170,414 BMW automobiles were sold in the first half of 2023, representing an 11.7% increase over the same time in the previous year.
BMW Electric Vehicle Sales
Improved inventory availability boosted sales of BMW’s electric cars, including the i4, iX, and i7, leading to significant growth. These electric cars made up 12.9% of all sales volume in the second quarter of 2023. With 17,964 units delivered in the first half of 2023, BMW has impressively surpassed its complete electric car sales year-end 2022 total.
