On April 26, 2023, Vivo released its Vivo X90 series of smartphones in India. The Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro are two versions of the X90 series. They are both powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9200 SoC and run FunTouch OS 13 based on Android 13.
The 6.78-inch AMOLED display on the Vivo X90 series has a refresh rate of 120Hz, HDR10+ technology, and a resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels. The curved display represents 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. Triple rear cameras of the smartphones were developed in collaboration with ZEISS.
The Vivo X90 Pro has a 50MP VCS True Colour primary camera with an IMX866 sensor, a 50MP Portrait camera, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. The Vivo X90 has three cameras: a 12MP portrait camera, a 50MP VCS True Colour primary camera with IMX866 sensor, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. Additionally, the smartphones have Vivo’s V2 processor.
While the Vivo X90 Pro has a 4,870mAh battery and supports 120W fast charging, the Vivo X90 is powered by a 4,810mAh battery. A 32MP selfie camera is available on the devices.
The 1 cm sensor of the Vivo X90 series’ camera-focused devices enables users to capture photos of comparable quality to those taken with DSLRs. Zeiss Optics improves smartphone cameras. The Vivo X90 series, which replaced the Vivo X80 portfolio, made its debut with three phones a few months ago in China.

Price, Offer, and Availability: Vivo X90 Series
In India, there are two variations of the recently released Vivo X90. The first version costs Rs 59,999 and provides 8GB/128GB. The second option offers 12GB/256GB for Rs 63,999. These smartphones are available in Breeze Blue and Asteroid Black color options.
Vivo X90 Pro, on the other hand, only comes with one storage option, 12GB/256GB. It is available in Legendary Black and Vegan Leather finishes, with a price tag of Rs 84,999.
Both smartphones are available for pre-order in India with an Rs 8,000 discount when paid for with HDFC and ICICI bank cards. Flipkart and Vivo’s online shops will sell these phones starting on May 5.
