The Google Pixel 6a got the advantage because of covering the maximum number of 5G NR Mid Band (1-6 GHz) as well as covers the maximum number of Low Band (<1 GHz) than the other 5G smartphones launched in the month of July; apart from that, it also covers some other bands such as one Lower SMH, Extended PCS, WCS, S-Band, CBRS (US), Digital Dividend (US), and PCS. Google used Google Tensor in this smartphone.
2nd Spot with a score of 84, taken by seven smartphones launched in July 2022 Asus ROG Phone 6, Infinix Note 12 5G, Infinix Note 12 Pro 5G, Nothing Phone 1, Redmi K50i, Oppo Reno 8, and Oppo Reno 8 Pro, all of them equipped with the equal number of overall 5G NR bands but not the same bands. Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro and Realme GT Neo Thor Love and Thunder scored 75 and took the 4th spot in the 5G readiness ranking analysis; they cover an equal number of overall 5G bands but not the same. Both the smartphones cover the three similar and identical 5G NR Low Band (1<GHz), but in 5G NR Mid Band (1-6 GHz), both the smartphones cover different bands. Realme covers one other band, which is S-band.
One Plus Nord 2T scored 71 and took 5th in the 5G readiness ranking analysis. It covers the same 5G NR Low Band (<1 GHz) as ROG Phone 6 Pro and Realme GT Neo Thor Love and Thunder, but in 5G NR Mid Band (1-6 GHz), Nord 2T covers only four bands. It covers one more band, which is S-band. It is equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 1300.
