What’s New in the 2025 Dominar Range?
Tech Boost:
- Dominar 400 now features ride-by-wire technology enabling four riding modes – Road, Rain, Sport, and Off-road. These adjust the throttle response and ABS behavior for different terrains and styles.
- Dominar 250 gets an upgrade too with four ABS modes, even though it retains the mechanical throttle system.
Touring-Ready Features:
- Both bikes now come with a new bonded glass colour LCD speedometer, borrowed switchgear from the Pulsar NS400Z, and a small visor to reduce glare.
- A revised handlebar improves long-distance comfort, while a new carrier with GPS mount makes the bikes more touring-friendly.
Premium Touches:
- Updated switchgear with a more premium finish
- Ergonomic tweaks aimed at better riding posture for extended rides

Engine & Performance – No Changes Here
Mechanically, the bikes remain unchanged:
- Dominar 400: 373cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine | 40hp & 35Nm
- Dominar 250: 248.8cc, single-cylinder engine | 27hp & 23.5Nm
Both continue to use a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch, maintaining the same core DNA riders love.
With these updates, Bajaj is clearly positioning the Dominar series as more than just power cruisers — they’re now tech-savvy, tour-ready machines for the modern rider.
