In the early days of the venture, Gunjan and her partner Arunabh had nothing but a mini laundromat that consisted of a few machines, equipment, and cabinets. Her team developed new accessories that were tailor-made for the micro laundromat model, and their designs have been copied and bought by competitors in the industry.
