New Delhi, On the completion of 50 glorious years in journalism of renowned writer, journalist and poet Shri Pradeep Sardana, His Excellency Governor of Bihar Arif Mohammad Khan went to his house to congratulate him.
Recently, a grand golden jubilee celebration of ‘Half century in journalism of Pradeep Sardana’ was organized by ‘Aadharshila’ a group of writers, journalist and artists, in New Delhi. In this event, many dignitaries including Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister of State Harsh Malhotra, former Union Minister Meenakshi Lekhi, MP Manoj Tiwari and Pratibha Advani along with famous classical dancer Padma Vibhushan Sonal Man Singh and veteran journalist-literature writer Padma Shri Shila Jhunjhunwala were present.

But due to his other engagements that day, Hon’ble Governor of Bihar, Sh. Arif Mohammad Khan could not attend this function. That is why he went to the East Delhi residence of Shri Pradeep Sardana and honored and congratulated him.
Governor Shri Arif Mohammad Khan said that I give my hearty congratulations and best wishes to Pradeep Sardana ji on his 50 years of brilliant, glorious journalism journey so far. Also wish that he remains healthy and continues to spread the awareness in the country and society by being active in journalism for many years to come.
On the other hand, Shri Pradeep Sardana said on this occasion- “It is my good fortune that His Excellency Governor Arif Sahab came to my house to congratulate me. All this shows his simplicity and greatness. Despite being in such a high position, he is so down to earth. He is so good and humble at maintaining old relationships. And he always remains in front in honouring journalists, writers and artists.
His visit to my home has not only augmented the respect for myself and my work, but also the joy and happiness of my golden jubilee achievement in journalism has doubled. I have got new energy from this gesture of him. I will always be grateful to him for this.
