Feature
- The charger combines GaN material with AHB circuit infrastructure.
- The station uses a fan at the base to promote heat dissipation.
- Infinix created cord that can handle up to 13A of electricity.
Infinix announced two new developments in its quest for charging: Infinix 260W Wired & 110W Wireless FastCharge. The company’s game-changing “FastCharge” solution which provides users with adaptable, secure, and intelligent fast-charging experiences across various scenarios. Using the 260W wired FastCharge, a phone can be charged to 25% of its capacity in only one minute and can go from 0% to 100% in about 7.5 minutes. And the 110W Wireless FastCharge can fully charge a smartphone in 16 minutes. In the 5G age, where power consumption is at an all-time high, cutting-edge FastCharge technology can satisfy users’ various charging demands.
Tecnhology: Infinix 260W Wired & 110W
Nine months after Infinix introduced the 180W Thunder Charge, the 260W standard is now available. With a 4-pump circuit design that intelligently determines power requirements and distributes the necessary number of charge pumps. The new technology improves upon that by switching from a dual 8C battery to a single 12C battery.
A custom-made small-sensitive coil with a different architecture is used for 110W wireless charging. There are fewer but broader coils in the same area, which reduces internal resistance and, as a result, lowers phone temperature increase during charging. Moreover, a 110W specialized charger with a dual-coil layout for vertical and horizontal charging is also available. To promote heat dissipation, the station uses a fan at the base.

Innovation : Infinix 260W Wired & 110W
The company claims that the charging efficiency is 98.5% and that after 1,000 cycles. The 4,400 mAh test battery could still hold 90% of its initial capacity. With a high power density, a small footprint, and secure charging management, the charger combines GaN material with AHB circuit infrastructure. Another crucial component is the cord; for the 260W charging, Infinix created one that can handle up to 13A of electricity.
In addition to the apparent Infinix 260W Wired & 110W, the standard supports reverse charging, bypass charging, and multi-protocol charging. Power Delivery 3.0 and other protocols are compatible with it.
