Optus has effortlessly incorporated AI technology to give regular phone calls a distinctive twist. The Living Network feature, which is the most recent one, utilizes Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technology and finds application in both Optus Call Translate and Optus Call Notes. Optus’s NLU creates enjoyable conversations with engaging in-call events, making interactions more pleasurable.
