BorgWarner and STMicroelectronics Collaborate to Enhance Electric Vehicle Performance

STMicroelectronics will provide the most recent third-generation 750V silicon carbide (SiC) power MOSFETs dice as part of the partnership for BorgWarner’s exclusive Viper-based power module. The traction inverter platforms made by BorgWarner, which will be utilized in various current and upcoming electric Volvo Cars cars, depend on this power module in their operation.
